BBQ Competition will be held from 5-8pm on Friday night August 12th for
the Chillin' with Chili competition - open to everyone. 10am to 5pm on August 13th & 14th 2011

Saturday August 13th
Peoples Choice Competition - teams
competed to win the peoples vote for their entry. Last year
480lbs of wings were tasted and the winner was
Yabba Dabba Que.
- Sunday August 14th - KCBS Competition day!
Teams compete in four categories: chicken, ribs, pork and
brisket.
Top Winner in each of the four categories received a
trophy and a cash prize. Cash prizes paid to top 5 in
each of the four categories.
Held at the beautiful 33 acre Raitt Homestead Farm Museum
teams will enjoy camping on the grass fields, free
electricity, large sites, live entertainment and tons of
fun!
